1, Structural characteristics . The Automatic paving block making machine, JW-QTY6-15, is a special machine for producing building blocks.
It is with features of high efficiency, novel design, compact
structure, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
2, Strong frame. The main frame of the block machine use the gantry frame structure
and super-strength steel.The design adopts an independent material
storage methods based on driving style, the raw materials are
conveyed immediately when needed, and material feeding is of
excellent effect.
3, The Durable Mold. The block mold, all made of high-quality manganese case hardening
steel, will not be deformed or worn after being used for 100,000
times.
4, High quality of product It is combine with mechanical vibration and hydraulic pressure.
The compressive strength of products comes up to 10 M pa, the

good sound & heat insulation and dimensions are accurate.

a Batching Plant PL800 or PL1200, a Mixer JS500, and a 6-meter
Conveyor as well as the Stacker, to form a simple production line.

specifications like highway shoulders, curb stone, grass-planting
bricks by replacing the mold.
